Thats the same reason they wont let me
As easy as it would be for me to do it, the main reason they wont let me give blood is because they say that, with all the new fan-dangled ways they have to "filter out" foreign substances, it would indeed filter the medication out so it couldn't harm other people. The problem lies in the fact that they have no way to get the medication back into you after it's been filtered out. And that leaves you, the donator, open for trouble because you now have no medication built up in your bloodstream (and it usually takes 24-48 hrs to build up to the proper level, depending on the medication you are using.
That being said, I still think they would be able to use some sort of machine (like they use for dialysis) to seperate what they are looking for and put the rest back into you somehow. But, for them, it would probably be to much trouble to worry about.
