I remember the gang had a garage sale one time in that garage.

And in another episode, (where they still thought Snuffy was imaginary), a storm was coming, and Snuffy didn't have time to get home. Big Bird suggested Snuffy spends the night in the garage. And he does. Then later, Barkley tries to look for shelter. He goes into the garage and sees the sleeping Snuffy. Barkley leans on him like a huge pillow while Snuffy still sleeps. Later, the grown ups hear Snuffy snoring in the garage and wonder what that noise was and they go to investigate. Barkley jumps out of the darkness and they realize it was just him. They take Barkley out of the garage, but don't go in any further to notice the sleeping Snuffy.
