George the Janitor action figure

I think he would make a great figure
George would be the only one of Franks character left to make
We have: Fozzie, Sam, Miss Piggy, Marvin Suggs, Animal, and now we need are favorite grumpy jantior George

George was passed around between various performers, so I'm told.

Basically, if it isn't on the Muppet Central list of figures, we don't know about it. Best to check that than just start a thread to ask. If you are unclear, please make the thread a question. SOmething like, "WIll *blank* be made?". When you just state then ame of the character, people will assume all kinds of things.

Nope, George was almost always played by Frank. He was played once by Richard in a 1976 (before the show aired) UK Des O Conner show appearance, when Frank was busy performing Sam.

He was also performed by Richard Hunt in the wilderness skit where the animals sing "Look Children, what's that sound?" (I don't know the title). Don't know about other times though. I've been told that George and Mildred both got switched between Richard and Frank.

Jim Henson Played him in the wilderness skit but Frank Oz did play in the first season!

That was Jim? Sounded like Richard to me. Oh well.

I use to be against a George figure, but he does look sort of interesting. I suppose it will come down to how well Beau does. If no one buys the first janitor/handyman figure, Palisades probably wouldn't make another one.
