Bear arrives on Disney+Honeydew is a local chain... their donuts I think are slightly better than Dunkin (well, at least the last time I got them... I had one yesterday that was alright, but not something of their usual quality). For a while they were also slightly bigger than Dunkin's too. Seems Dunkin is more interested in EVERYTHING but donuts, but they still do a good job on that front.
Anyway, back to the subject... I only noticed a laundromat close near me... nothing opening up. Really, for the longest time everything was a wireless phone chain or tanning booths. Sometimes the occasional upstart boutique that stays in business for a year (no one can afford what they sell, and without money they lose their rent) and of course the ANNOYING $5+ gourmet cupcake place. Totally ruined cupcakes for me. Besides, I get better cupcakes at overall bakeries. And they DON'T attempt upscale versions of Hostess stuff neither!
