One of my all time favorites is the bit where Sam the Eagle calls Alice Cooper "a sick twisted, weirdo" and Alice takes it as a compliment. There's just something so funny to me about that.

Speaking of the Alice Cooper episode, I'll never forget the first time I saw the skit with the stalagmites complaining about a toothache. I legit thought it was the funniest things ever! Lol.

Sam the Eagle in general had some of the funniest moments on The Muppet Show. One of the best is in the Steve Martin episode where he applauds Statler & Waldorf's audition because he thinks the show finally has some "good, family entertainment". And then there are these hilarious exchanges in the Zero Mostel episode.
