Is his Backpack spoused to come off its part that its attacted too?

No, it's supposed to come off. It's a seperate accessory, and Robin's book can also fit inside! (It's those litle hings!)

I'm not sure what you mean by coming off. It opens and shuts and comes on and off Robin's back.

It is a separate accessory in the blister, so why would there be a question about it being removeable?

I just reread this, and what is "the part that it's attached to?"

Ok the Backpack that you can put stuff in. In came off the straps that Robin puts around his sholders. Now do you see what I mean?

I don't think the straps come off. It's all one piece.
