I've found out who FrogFan76 is: It's Andy Hayward. http://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/Andy_Hayward. If you listen to his pig character in this video, he sounds an awful lot like him.

Also if you search FrogFan76 on Google, some of the results lead to Andy's website. Coincidence? I think not!
