Please Help! I've been searching all over the web for a black and white photo of Jim Henson with Ernie. I believe it's a profile shot of Jim sitting in a window looking at Ernie. I don't know anything else about the photo. I want to suprise my boyfriend with something he has always wanted. If you know anything about who shot the photo or where I can find it please let me know.. Thanks,
Jeri

You can find that picture in the book "The Works" by Christopher Finch.

It also is Bert, not Ernie. I always found that odd.

Jamie,

Its a Bert Vicma Puppet from the early 70's.

In the set were -

Ernie
Bert
Big Bird
Oscar
Cookie
Herry
Grover
Roosevelt Franklin
Betty Loun(orange face and hands)
Guy Smiley
Professor Hastings

Toccata and Mordicus from 1 Rue Sesame in France

And some say there are Sherlock Hemlock and Lefty The Salesman puppets.
But they never get around to showing picture of them.

There was also said to be a Puppet of Fat Blue, But i think that it is Professor Hastings.

See ya
