Here are a few corrections if I may...

Both Mucha Lucha and Sonic Underground used a mostly Canadian voice actor cast (with the exceptions of The Flea (Candi Milo) Buena Girl (don't remember the actresses name) and Rikochet (Carlos Azquardi seasons 1+2, Jason Marsden season 3), Sonic and Sibs (All Jaheel WHite) and one character who I forget the name of (MAurice LaMarche)).

El Rey was voiced by Michael Donovan... I'm not sure if Maske Dog actually made sounds, or they were recordings from a real dog. Frank Welker to my Knowledge didn't appear on the show.

As for Sonic Underground... I'm pretty sure he didn't appear.

Frank was famous for doing animal noises in cartoons and live action movies. He did some of the Gremlins in Gremlins as well as scary snake noises in Annaconda.

He Did Do a Guest Voice on Spongebob Didn't he? I Know He Did Voices for Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls, and The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy.

And another Thing "D'Snowth", "Xerus" Said he wouldn't mind if I Did this. He was Really Impressed with My Jennifer Hale Thread So there Take that to the Cleaners!
