From the creative minds of Frank Oz and Bill Barretta come the new web mini-series:
JUDGE BOING BOING

The ep.1 is out -- and this is not an April Fools joke!

To me the Judge seems to be a cross between Fozzie Bear and Mr Poodlepants, with a hint of Grover here and there =)
It's a rare pleasure to see Frank involved in muppets project again!

Good old time Muppet silliness, not unlike Muppet Show Panel Discussions or classic Sesame Muppet Sketches. If shot and posted separately nowadays, any of those would be met with the same mixed reaction ranging from ecstatic wow to perplexed huh.

People on YouTube voice-guessed Bill as the Judge (doing his own take on Ed Wynn type of character, first in years after Steve's Mr Poodlepants), Dave as dog Bailiff, Leslie Carrara-Rudolph and Peter Linz as defendants, with Frank directing the whole thing -- which sounds about right to me.

To me it is more like Expendables movies -- never mind the script details, it is already a pleasure to see all these guys still kicking doing their thing together.
