The two disc set consists of: A Muppet Family Christmas and Emmet Otters Jug Band Christmas

MFC is basically the same version released by Columbia Tr-Star in the US.I was hoping this version had the deleted scenes, but alas, it didnt.
The only differences are the box art and the option in the menu to watch the musical songs with words and sing along. It also contains 3 trailers: Elmo in Grouchland,Bear in the Big Blue House and The Muppets take Manhattan.

What I find strange about the box art is that on the back of MFC, they got a photo of Kermit in a Santa suit and standing behind him is Rugby Tiger from The Christmas Toy.

We prob didnt meet as I despise the Yankees and refuse to go anywhere near that stadium

Shhh... not so loud... there's a huge conspiracy to keep all the best DVD's and Videos as region 2 format.... shhh... you didn't hear it from me...

If you think that it's unfair with the muppet show box set and Fraggle Rock in France.
Then I want to claim that it's unfair that we don't have "The Mupppet Movie", "The Great Muppet Caper", The Timelife/Columbia Tri-Star Muppet Show DVD's, "Muppets Magic", "John Denver and the muppets: Rocky Mountain Holiday", "The Storyteller" & "It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas" without many of the bonus features.
And on another note the french releases are dubbed so they are actually not that great.

So when all that are taken into consideration, then it's actually nice to see that the releases are spreed out a bit.
And with the internet it's just a question of ordering what you want online and get it shipped to your home.
