How about that - that's two days before the US airdate! How common is that?

One day according to my records ;-)

And it's more common than you'd think. Obviously not with FR of course, but the UK has had the premiere of a number of US-produced shows over the years. A few years back Sky pulled off a deal whereby they got to air new ER episodes while the US was in mid-season re-runs, for example.

"Emmet Otter" first aired in the UK on Christmas Eve 1978 - two *years* before the US got to see it

One question:, Are theres dates shown on CITV on weekdays?

I ask because I remember watching Fraggle Rock on saturday mornings on show called "No. 73" :concern: - those are the days

No; the show mainly aired on Saturday or Sunday mornings. There was a run of episodes on CITV, but this seems to have been the exception rather than the rule

You can use this to check the days.

No, it was the first run for these shows. It looks as if the show was switched from Saturdays (Season 1) to Thursdays (Season 2) to Sundays (where, so far as I can tell, it stayed for the remainder of the episodes).

This all explains why I never saw the show back then - we weren't in the habit of watching TV early weekend mornings...
