My comic shop was depressingly Fraggle-free today.

Well, the 1980s Marvel Star Comics version of "Fraggle Rock" was largely comic adaptations of episodes of the show- but I think some of the later issues may have had some original stories. Sadly, it didn't last very long in any case.:smirk:
The first 2 were original stories, the second one is infamously bad... the first one does nothing but have the characters run around and introduce themselves... you can actually read the first issue at Muppet Wikia

The artwork is good, but other than that, it's basically a contractual obligation/piece of merchandise... or something like that. Archaia has done nothing but epic Awesomness (2 overused words I don't care for, but I'm a loss to think of anything else that fits).

Yeah, I got the last issue and LOVED it. I really hope they continue with these at least one more time. Maybe go back to the first volume and do stories that focus on Doozers or Gorgs as well.
