I just read the message and turned on and it was on now.

It is the USA version Doc, as I thought it might be.

The episode was The Doozer Contest, I have set the Sky+ box to record them, unfortunetly there is not a series link option, silly really to record them as I have them all on DVD. LOL

Great to see them on UK TV though.

You might be right. I wish they'd air it even once a day here in the States...

To hype up the movie, I think they SHOULD air this somewhere in the US. I don't know where... I'd love to see it hit Sprout, since HIT owns part of that network.... But PBS would also be a good choice. Doubt they'd air it, though.

Sad News on UK verison of "FR"

I have just found this on ATV fan fourm

A member named "seiko" e-mailed HIT Entertainment and got a response regarding the Uk verison of "Fraggle Rock" :

Hit Entertainment currently own the distribution rights for Fraggle Rock globally, therefore in the UK, US and Internationally.


We have access to 12 of the 96 UK Fraggle Rock episodes. These have all been released on DVD as follows –

Fraggle Rock- Shake Fraggle and Roll on 5-Oct-05

Fraggle Rock- Let There Be Rock On 6-Feb-06

Fraggle Rock- Legends of the Rock Triple Pack on 12-Mar-07



Unfortunately Henson can only locate 12 of the 96 UK masters and so this is all the material available to us. This has been investigated by Henson here in the UK and in the US but unfortunately for us and for UK Fraggle Rock fans the remaining masters have never materialised.
