This link let me actually enlarge the images without being a member. You can also see how Fozzie has aged in more detail. Looks like some of the foam construction is caving in. They must have not had people on had like the Smithsonian to keep their pieces in good repair. Would be nice to see Disney have the chance to buy him back to put with the original Kermit.

This is really sad news.

I was hoping to go to the museum to see him again soon. Although I am glad I went when I did as I may never have seen him.

I would love to buy this puppet, as Im sure many of us would.

I just heard that The Telegraph paper also had an article on this with a picture of Fozzie, although I didnt see it!!

Here I aqm below holding hands with fozzie at the museum earlier this year. Lets hope he goes to another Museum where he can still be enjoyed.

Gah! That is not the Fozzie we all know and love. Don't they have a way to preserve it?
