That is one Old looking Fozzie...and it's interesting that his nose collapsed. It's Cool it was given to the museum by Jim.

Was the entire collection sold together? Or were the bears auctioned seperatly?

Just to know if either one of us could get our hands on that Fozzie would be awsome! Now just thing how much it went for. Only to know that it proubley didn't go for much. Just saying. :embarrassed:

I'd imagine they'd be sold individually, or in small groups, the way Christies (and others) usually do it.

Fozzie Video

The below link if it works shows video of Fozzie and other bears to be auctions. The interview leads one to believe they wanted to sell the entire the collection to one bidder to continue the museum. I don't know if that happened. If you watch the interview, it will show the original tag sewn in the lining of the Fozzie puppet.
