About 18 months ago i started a Fozzie. I got swamped with custom orders so never got round to finishing him.
Now, ive started again from scratch and am determined to add fozzie to my collection of replicas ive already built (Kermit, Gonzo and Beaker so far)

So here goes..

Ive pretty much done all i can do untill my fur has arrived.. Here are some progress pics so far :smile:
As usual, for every mouth, head, eye and nose you see in the pics, there are several that went before them, using trial and error until i find one im happy with :smile:

What's the lower jaw made of?

It's looking great from the pictures you've posted, fozzie isn't an easy muppet to replicate (from the look of most people's fozzies) it looks awesome!
