Floyd's guitar...HELP!!!!!!!

Ok...I know you may think I'm crazy...but how in the heck do you connect Floyd's guitar with the strap so you can position it on him?

on the strap there are two plastic pieces with holes and on the guitar there are two hook like things. One is at the bottom and one is at the tope where that pointed piece is. Hook the holes onto the hooks.
