Floyd Pepper replica

I used to make puppets when I was a kid and my six year old son recently found this out. He has just started watching the muppet show in the last couple of years and Floyd is his favourite muppet character. He asked me to make him a Floyd Pepper replica just after Christmas.

So off I went to find foam,felt, scrap materials and ostrich feathers plus lots of glue...
