hey mdu, got the same story. Pretty sad, huh? Is there any way that one can get into stop-motion animation? I'm liking the W&G stuff, Chicken Run, etc.

If I knew that I'd be into it myself! Anyone can make their own films at home tho using the same thing. I've even done it with a simple digital camera and clay before.

I'd also highly recommend this video and the book "Cracking Animation" from Aardman. The Making of Chicken Run is a good book too and you can find it in discount bookstores for less than $10 sometimes.

Good software to start with is Anasazi Stop Motion Animator. It's free and all you need to get started is a webcam.
