Maybe you could go down to the local computer center and ask if there are wizards/programs available cheap from them. The salesperson should know what you are talking about.

Eh, I guess I really can't complain TOO much, considering this really is a second-hand machine, and is about three-years-old... still, it's an HP, and has 512 MB or RAM, and again, I clean temp files and cookies on a daily basis, do defragmenting and disk cleanup, so, I really shouldn't be having much problems then, should I?

There are many sorts of services like these. Some are legit others are not. Search for references of their actual reputation online from others who have had similar experiences. It is a basically a diagnostic service that picks up on things Norton and others may have missed.
