Final Season DVD set error on Wembley's Flight! Anyone else?

Oh, no it's not the player. It's like a huge smudge on the disc. One that no amount of cleaning can get off.

I didn't have a problem with any disc and I have the Series set! Which set? The first release of the newest one? I have the first and they all work fine!
