Yep, no need for guys to be responsible here. It's all the sexy lady's fault for not being able to keep it in your pants, which is the same type of logic plaguing a lot of Middle Eastern countries that forces women there to cover up from head to toe.

Even worse, the high court (which is all male, BTW) approved this case!

Maybe it's my being cynical, but don't they basically hire dental assistants that are eye candy anyway? It's our primitive nature to trust good looking people, after all. They make us feel comfortable for some reason. You see some big, ugly, hairy woman with a smoker's voice in a dental office and the first instinct is "KYAAAA!!! Back alley saw bones! Marathon Man! AAAAAHHHH!! Crappy dental insurance!!"

She's kind of cute but I dunno if she'd be "too attractive" to work as a dental assistant. The only thing I can think of is that either HE felt this way himself, or his wife kind of pressured him into doing it after talking to HER about it because I doubt that he would fire her just randomly and I also doubt that he wouldn't talk to his wife about the problem he faced. I'm PRETTY sure that she'd either get her job back, get a better job because of this, OR sue and win a big amount of money. The 3rd one is more likely, followed by the 2nd then the 1st cause I don't think that, even if she gets offered that job back, that she'd even WANT it.

This is kind of old news, but yeah, it's really the dentist's fault... he obviously wanted her in the first place if he was thinking those kind of thoughts, "Oh gee, I just know I'm going to have an affair with her, I can just smell it..." He even claims it was his pastor and God who helped him make his decision, so yeah, way to paint a picture of that assistant being an agent of Satan or some thing.

Oh well, if there's concern she's "too hot", she can always get a job as a waitress in a relatively nice, yet not-so-fancy restaurant, where they all wear those black tops that are like two sizes too small for them... I'm almost certain that's intentional.

That's another good reason. His wife probably felt insanely jealous because she feels that she's no longer a bombshell.

This reminds me of a Bloom County strip where an old man, a Moral Majority type, is sitting at a Bus Stop with a young woman, and he reaches over and puts his hand on her knee. She gets mad at him, and he responds by saying that if she was a truly moral and good woman, she wouldn't tempt him like that. The strip ended with her smashing him in the face with her purse.

It really reflects terriffically poorly on the dentist and the court here. I can't imagine this holding up in a higher court.
