I feel that you ladys in religon not just cathoihisum have had a hard time. The churches that I have belonged to have really treated women down right wrong. They feel that ladies are to be totaly submisive to there husbands, and that the husband is to be the leader and head of the home. they also belive that women should not work outside the home, and stay at home raise 4-8 kids and have super cooked, and the house spotless when the husband comes home. To me it is almost like treating women as slaves and not as people. I truly belive that a marige should be a pratnership where coth the husband and wife talk there problems out and help each other with the things around the house.

That's appreciated! I mean, Catholicism is good overall with women, the priest thing is the biggest problem. There's just too much conservatism, which is good for some things but not others.

Churches favor tradition, plain & simple. Sadly, some traditions need to be done away with (ex: treating women as second class).

Not all churches are that way. You can not generalize all of them to be the way.
