Feeling out of shape

I’m really feeling out of shape right now. I walk twice every other day, and nothing is happening at all and I do not know what to do.

Something else other that walking may have to be done now.

I know how you feel. I've increased my daily walking and physical activities lately. And started eating better. After an initial small drop in weight I've seem to hit a plateau.

What seemed to help the most in losing weight and getting in better shape is cutting out all the snacks and soda. That seemed to have the greatest impact.

Right now I'm trying to lose this stupid beer gut I have.

I'm down to 136 pounds but I doubt that really is making much of a difference on my beer gut. :smirk:

My dad walks every day as well and he still hasn’t lost weight. It’s all because he drinks beer and he’s seeing if he can cut back on drinking that.

So you know what I sadly had to cut back on?

Three cheese tortellini.

Too fattening and way too much sodium. :smirk:

Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
