a lot of people are under the false assumption that Curly is the stooge with curly hair, not true Larry has the curly hair, Curly has almost no hair, and Moe has the straight hair

And it's amazing that Larry has all that hair the way Moe pulls it out so much!

Favorite stooge? That's like asking who's your favorite child!

I can do it backwards, though...

My least favorite stooge is Joe Besser, followed by Curly-Joe DeRita.

And while we're stating the obvious, did you know that Moe, Curly and Shemp were brothers in real life? And that Shemp was actually in the act BEFORE Curly, then came back years later after Curly had a stroke?

Who was Curly-Joe? I think I'm blessed in a way in that I've never seen any of the Stooge films with him!

Curly-Joe was in all the feature films starting in 1958... like "The Three Stooges in Orbit" and "Have Rocket, Will Travel". He was a vaudeville comedian, but as a stooge, I thought he had no personality at all. At least Joe Besser had a funny personality, just not one that fit in with the stooges.

Curly Howard.

Moe, Curly, and Shemp were really named Horowitz (last name).

Larry Fine was really Louis Fineberg or Fineburg (someone help on that spelling please).

Moe and Larry died in 1975, which was during my lifetime. They tried to keep the brand alive but failed miserably in the end.
