Well, all time, I'd say the core 4 Jim, Frank, Richard, and Jerry.

Current, Dave Golez, Jerry, David, Steve, Bill, Fran, Brian, Joey, and Kevin.

I forgot to mention Steve Whitemire before. I guess I didn't think of him as an original performer, since basically the only characters he did on "The Muppet Show" were background characters. Rizzo didn't really become that popular until TMTM. But anyway, he's definately one of the best, especially since he brought Kermit back to life after the death of Jim Henson.
