Mine was the opening to the Harry Belafonte episode in Season 3!

Every word said in that bit with Kermit & Fozzie was hilarious! Hearing "Hello Lagies & Jenkelfengs and Welcium again tie the Muppel Shocks" just made me laugh hard!

Miss piggy - "but pigs don't have eyebrows", hands down that quote had me laughing almost as much as the whole scene with the late, great miss rivers.
