I was always partial to Thog because I was upset by the skit where the trainer (I believe it was Harvey Korman) was making him out to be a horrible and mean monster and kept yelling at him and he seemed so sweet. I loved the end of the skit though.
My favorite monster has to by Cookie Monster though. I love the old Cookie who just ruthless in his quest for cookies and other things to eat. I especially love him in skits with Ernie and Bert, and Kermit.
