Ernie and Bert. You can't have one without the other.

Kermit & Fozzie.

And thank you, by the way. I was going to make this a poll on muppetcast.com and now I don't have to. And you have a MUCH better list than I could ever fit in a little polling widget, lol.

Floyd and Janice, it's so groovy that they became a couple. And they're music buddies too, which is extra far out. :sing: :flirt:

Johnny and Sal! It's such a negative, one-sided relationship but it's just really funny. It throughly amuses me.

Also, Gonzo and Rizzo. The Riz' did sort of annex Camilla's spot as Gonzo's comedic partner, but I think it's a much more dynamic relationship, and has become classic. It's hard to picture one without the other now. Gonzo and Rizzo are sort of the modern day Kermit and Fozzie, the true blue best friends.

Kermit and Fozzie worked out much better back in the old days (The Great Muppet Caper is probably the best example, when they are playing the twin brothers. It's really funny stuff and they work so well off one another). But in recent years, things have concentrated on Kermit and Piggy. I miss Kermit and Fozzie.

Also, SWEETUMS AND ROBIN, not sure if anyone has mentioned that yet. I couldn't tell you if it happened more than once, but "We Got Each Other" on TMS was such a perfect song and act for the odd duo that it totally solidifies the idea that these two work great together.
