I just discovered "Rockin' All Around the World" from the Muppets at Walt Disney World special. That's a pretty good one, and it's probably one of the last Electric Mayhem songs that Jim and Richard sung on. And even Clifford joins the band for this one. He's a good character, but he doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the band.

I didn't listen much to Electric Mayhem much, but since they released their version of Jungle Boogie and starred in "The Muppets" on ABC, I really started getting into it. To be honest, these guys really rock!:sing::flirt::cool::halo:

Here's my favorites list:
1. Can You Picture That?
2. Love Ya To Death (pilot version)
3. Money
4. Sweet Tooth Jam
5. Tenderly
6. Mr. Bassman
7. Don't Blame the Dynamite
8. Cheesecake
9. With a Little Help from My Friends
10. While My Guitar Gently Weeps
11. Rockin' Robin
12. Night Life
13. You Can't Take No For an Answer
14. Jingle Bell Rock
15. Little Saint Nick
16. Rockin' All Around the World
17. Run Run Rudolph
18. Bohemian Rhapsody (their version almost makes me wanna crowd surf)
19. No Room for Boring (from the Toyota Highlander commercial)
20. Jungle Boogie (the one that reignited my interest in Electric Mayhem)

So yeah, Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem are definitely the #1 muppet band in my book, next to Little Chrissy and the Alphabeats and Little Jerry and the Monotones. What can I say, I love puppets that rock! :excited:

In 1975 before The Muppet Show, the Band performed "Your Mamma Won't Like Me" in the Julie Andrews special "My Favorite Things"

This version is pretty cool. The part at 2:00 when Dr. Teeth goes wild with the screaming, I could really tell he's got strong lungs. Guess next to Animal, he's a real wild man when it comes to his music. I think it's one of the things I love about him. What's not to love?:flirt:

In fact i like tenderly better
Yeah. Tenderly is one of my personal favorite songs of the Electric Mayhem. Kind of ironic when Dr. Teeth said that the band likes to think of playing more than hard rock and "play tenderly" which I thought meant soft, calm, relaxing, gentle, and quietly. Guess not. To be honest, they can make anything a hit, even adding their own flair to any classical song. Another reason why I love the Electric Mayhem.

Rockin' All Around The World is definitely one of my favorite songs from this special "The Muppets at Walt Disney World". I do believe that this song can be of universal harmony and international friendship. It would have been cool if Clifford would have been in the Electric Mayhem permanently. Plus, I couldn't help but think that this is the last song done by the original lineup of performers with Jim Henson, Richard Hunt, Frank Oz, and Jerry Nelson. Dave Goelz and Steve Whitmire were the only ones who remained as Zoot and Lips; kudos to them. This will always be my favorite song, as it helped us understand a special lesson in friendship and love. Long live the Electric Mayhem!:sing::flirt::cool::halo:
