I think my favorite alternate personalities have to be Cookie Monster as Alistair Cookie and Waiter Grover. My sister and I always sang the Granada song from Grover's Mexican waiter sketch.

I have to put in my vote for Grover the Waiter as well. I can't think of one of those clips that I DIDN'T like, but the ones that stick out in my mind the best are the birthday cake one and the Granada one.
