I have a question..........

I have a question about the song for fat cat sat hat. I noticed that this song is partially played at the end of some sketches and a portion of it is played in some cartoons. Listen to the L cartoon about the lion anf the leopard you will here in right after "thus scaring a shepard." My question is does anyone know if Joe Raposo wrote the music for the L cartoon and do you know anything else about that song that might be interersting?
