2) There is a difference between a good joke and a lame one.
A sure way to tell a lame joke is if 'someone can kill the joke by playing along with it'

In Ebay language, "rare" usually means the opposite. It's funny, but anytime I type in "rare muppets" i get a whole bunch of Happy Meal Muppet Babies stuff and Mc Donald's glasses. Even current non-exclusive, non-chase Palisades figures are listed as rare. LOL!:concern:
