In Ebay language, "rare" usually means the opposite. It's funny, but anytime I type in "rare muppets" i get a whole bunch of Happy Meal Muppet Babies stuff and Mc Donald's glasses. Even current non-exclusive, non-chase Palisades figures are listed as rare. LOL!
