And by 'extinct', I mean 'no longer in existence'.

Just curious if anyone has a definite list of which Muppets still exist and which ones have decayed/fallen into extreme disrepair?
I'm particularly interested in the fate of the full-bodied suits.

Sweetums - still active, although I assume the suit has been updated many times since the 70s.
Thog - missing since the early 80s, strongly rumored to be dead.
Doglion - last appearance was 'Muppets Tonight' in the late 90s.
Timmy - last appearance 'The Jim Henson Hour' late 1980s (?)
Mean Mamma - was she ever seen after TMS?
The Mutations - lost in action 1980s.
Fletcherbird - last seen at the Royal Variety Show 1993 ( although the suit looked in reasonably good condition ).
Betsy Bird - missing since early 80s.
Thig - long dead I'd imagine.
Bobo - still active as of 2009.
Splurge - long gone, I'm guessing.

Just curious if anyone knows for sure.

I don't know. Sweetums appeared in Muppets Treasure Island, but I've also always wondered where the Mutations went. :embarrassed:

The Hugga Wugga muppet is something I'm interested in. Maybe they can put Hugga on Sesame Street, with a few modifications (i.e. friendlier eyes, neat eyebrows, and speaks in full sentences.) He could be the SS equivelent to, hmm- perhaps Sweetums?
You know, a friendly monster, occasionally clumsy. You and I, besides 'controling my 'Hugga Wugga Fear'' could work on a project, trying to get Hugga on Sesame Street, as maybe a friend of Elmo's, and even in the latest SSL show! This is gonna be awesome!
