Ernie & Bert's livingroom and bedroom?

Something I've occasionally noticed about Ernie and Bert's bedroom.Some of the things you see in the room,can also be seen in thier livingroom.Including their famous framed portrait that hangs on the wall.Do you suppose maybe they used the same set interior for both rooms?

i'm sure it's the same room. they probably firgure the kids wouldn't notice. i didn't at 1st, but at some point even when i was still young i realized that their living room was also their bedroom.
