Erin Gets Published! (sort of)

Yay! I'm now an officially published author! Don't get too excited; I self-published. Still, I'm getting kinda psyched about it, now that I see my book is up on the site and ready for people to buy. I published with iuniverse.com, and they thought it was good enough to put an "Editor's Choice" stamp on it. It's called "The Land That Gives and Takes Away," and it's a collection of essays and poems about the place where my grandma grew up and we have our family reunions. I'm glad to see that this has a brief demo of the book since I kinda blew my 'media fund' the other day on the TMS dvds and a couple Beatles cd's. The 'Arboreal Wisdom' chapter/poem/whatever you want to call it was actually quite a enjoyable (and not just because I'm a big fan of reptiles, either ^_~). I'll try and read the rest of what's available for demo when I can.
