Its the one where Red and Mokey go out and get stuck in some kind of field of some kind of plants or something? Would anyone know what episode that one is.

Could you perhaps be thinking of Wonder Mountain? That's the one where, if I remember correctly, they run into a bunch of singing plants that hypnotize Red.
