Here are some ideas for some great episodes for Season 36

1. Baby Bear and Bert are in Hooper's Store, Bert orders a bowl of Oatmeal, and Baby Bear orders a Bowl of Porridge, they notice that their orders look almost identical. Baby Bear wants to try some of Bert's Oatmeal, but he is afraid it will not be as good as Porridge and vice versa for Bert.

2. Oscar is about to go away on vacation but Grungetta is sick and can't take care of his can, so he asks Telly to do it, and to also act like a grouch. Later in the day Baby Bear comes along and wants to play with Telly. Telly really wants to play with Baby Bear, yet he wants to be loyal to his friend Oscar and act like a grouch and tell him to scram.

3. Susan retires from being a nurse, and Telly and Big Bird worry that it means if something happens to him or Big Bird that she will not be able to help them get better.

4. Big Bird is spending the day with his friend Snuffy and he recalls the first day all his friends met Snuffy and we see a Flashback to the 1985 episode. Snuffy then explains to Big Bird that his Cousin Seymore Snuffleupagus is coming to visit. Big Bird says Great! I'll go get us some Bird seed and Cabbage Milkshakes from Alan, and he leaves and Snuffy's cousin comes along and Snuff tells him all about his friend Big Bird and Seymore doesn't believe him and says there is no such thing as an 8 foot yellow bird! Big Bird comes back with the Milkshakes but Seymore has left.

5. Snuffy is sick of being so big and not being able to play certain games cause of his size, so The Amazing Mumford makes Snuffy very small. But Snuffy realizes that being small isn't so great and he misses being big.

6. Gordon has 2 tickets to the Circus, Elmo and Telly both want to go, but
only one of them can go with Gordon. They try to flip a coin and do all kind of things, but either one of them keeps getting their feelings hurt.

Hmmm. Those are good ideas. Especially, the one with Bert. Since they don't play quite as many E&B segments as they used to, it would be good to see him in a street story.

Response to episode idea #4:The people at Sesame Workshop thought the concept of nobody believing Big Bird was a bad example, so eventually there would have to be a part where Snuffy shows Big Bird to Seymour.
