You really shouldn't trust random YT comments for show information like that, especially from the early years.

There have been a number of occasions where scenes that were previously used as part of street stories in earlier episodes get reused as inserts in later episodes. And this seems to be one of those cases.

If the Youtube comments are to be believed, "Imagination" originated in Epsiode 0498 as part of that episode's Street story, which I get the feeling took place at night and probably showed other characters trying to sleep or something before getting to Ernie & Bert.
