The Ballad of Slippery Slim is a song done up to highlight words and names that begin with the letter combination "SL". Don't remember the lyrics, but it's a story of a Western town set in the wintery northern regions of either the Yukon or Canada.
The story of Numberella is one I cherish and remember fondly from when I had better sight. This is a story spoofing Cinderella, where the prince throws the traditional ball, but everyone who attends must be wearing a particular number. Everyone thinks that there are only twenty numbers, from 1 to 20, and by the time Numberella finishes her chores all the numbers have been taken. So she's left all alone in her home saddened cause she can't go to the ball. When all of a sudden, who should appear but her Fairy Countfather! Yes, a fairy relation played by my namesake! And he explains how numbers keep going higher than 20 by just adding one, and he waves his wand to change her dress into a black evening gown with these two pink shoulde r pads that show off matching silver 21's. Numberella goes to the ball and meets the prince, who's wearing a big number 1 on the center of his shirt. He, like everyone else, is indeed surprised to see one more person arrive at the ball, since they thought there weere only twenty numbers. She explains the reason as to why that's wrong, and then the Fairy Countfather appears again in the background and starts counting from 21 upwards while Numberella and the prince talk to each other and leave the scene. This story was done to promote the episode's Number of the Day, which was the first episode to feature the number 21 as the Number of the Day.
Hope this helps and have a good day.
