Sesame Street has won some Daytime Emmys this year:

  • Outstanding Pre-School Children's Series
  • Outstanding Directing In A Children's Series
  • Outstanding Achievement in Costume Design/Styling
  • Outstanding Achievement in Multiple Camera Editing
  • Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing - Live Action and Animation
  • Outstanding Achievement in Lighting Direction (tied with The View)

They lost the race for:
  • Outstanding Achievement in Art Direction/Set Decoration/Scenic Design
  • Outstanding Writing In A Children's Series
