Emmet Otter DVD question

I just got the Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas 1996 video release out of my local library, and I noticed some different editing than the Nickelodeon broadcast version.

Just before the end, where Ma and Emmet and the jug-band sing in the Riverside Rest, the camera pans over to Kermit, who gives a little epilogue. This little bit is cut on the video where it was in the Nick version, which I still have the end of. A scene from the talent contest, a tap dance by George and Melissa Rabbit, was cut from the Nickelodeon version but was added back in here.

My question is, is the DVD uncut or with Deleted Scenes, or is it cut just like the video? I'd like to try and have a complete version rather than a couple of different edits.
