EM.TV extends Henson sale until February

Looks like EM.TV managed some financing for their loan, so they are delaying the final Henson sale. A binding agreement is expected to be reached in February.

Ok in the article about EMTV holding out on sale till February, it said that EMTV came up with some money pretty much, right? So where did EMTV come up with this cash??? That is what I ask!
