Hi... Welcome to Muppet Central. This special will be made available for commercial retail later this year, I believe around October of 2008. However, talk with some of the more reputable tape traders here to see if someone has or can make an extra copy for you. Would recommend KermiClown, Boober_Gorg or possibly Erine81981.
