Elmo???

Hey guys i want to build a puppet similar to elmo (not that i like him but he is cute) but could any one tell me are his arms filled with polyfill and has he got a foam body?
i will apreciate the help

Hey Wayne,

To be honest I have no idea if Elmo's arms are filled or not. I am sure there are lots of people who do know. What I have to say is "just do what looks good".

I would use polyfill if I were you, but very conservatively.

And a few words of caution. Do not over fill the arms. In fact just use enough to help give it shape. My personal take on it is "who cares if that is the way the original was done?", as long as it has the final look you want then do what works.

I would also guess that the body is foam, but again I don't know for sure. I would make a faom body and "just do what looks good".
