Edits on "Big Bird's Story Time"

I saw a few "Sesame Street News Flash" clips on Youtube (they were recently removed by the user). They included a new-to-Youtube one, which was the one about the Witch and her Magic Mirror, and a couple of older ones that were already there; the "Humpty Dumpty" one and the original early 1970s "Three Little Pigs" one. They obviously appear to be from the 1987 videocassete "Big Bird's Story Time." However, I noticed that there were some edits to those skits (but I don't know what was edited on the Witch one). Here is what was changed, compared to the uncut versions shown on Noggin...

HUMPTY DUMPTY
The "NEWS FLASH" logo was cut.

They cut the part where the king's horses and men begin blaming Kermit the Frog for destroying Humpty Dumpty again. After Kermit does the Grover-slap thing and Humpty falls over with a "CRACK!," we just hear the sirens and flashing lights as Kermit calls for the horses, and we cut back to Maria and Big Bird and Snuffy.

The "NEWS FLASH" logo was cut, of course.

Kermit's pre on-camera comment was cut, too. After we fade from the title card to the first scene, Kermit says "Hey Jeff, how's the wife? ...she's on camera? Oh, I'M on camera!" and begins his broadcast. It just begins on Kermit saying "Kermit the Frog for Sesame Street News..."

Right after the fire hydrant zips out of frame from the Big Bad Wolf's gale, Kermit struggles against the wind as we see him in front of the house and he says, "Remember, you saw it here on Sesame Street, FOOOOLKS..." That line was cut, too. A few more seconds of Kermit struggling against the wind was also snipped out.

After Kermit shouts, "The wolf is returning me... to Sesame STREEEET!" and he flies off camera, a huge crashing sound can be heard after a few seconds. The crash was cut.


Did anyone else notice the edits? And what was cut on the "Rapunzel" and "Magic Mirror" reports on that video?

In addition to the logo sequence, the ending of the Rupunzel skit is cut. On the video it ends with the prince telling Kermit that he's lost his horse (I can't remember if it shows the few seconds after that where he's saying "horsey!"). Cut from this sequence is the Sesame Street News music playing, as Prince Charming looks for his horse and argues with Rupunzel, and Kermit trying to sign off. It's been a long time since I've seen Big Bird's Story Time, but according to Muppet Wiki, all references to it being a news broadcast and all of Kermit's pre-on-camera comments were cut, so the beginning with Kermit blowing on his microphone was cut, too.
