IMO Dr. Phil Van Neuter. On the Prince episode of Muppets Tonight he says to Mulch " Get that f***ing camera away from me" obviously it was bleeped. Plus in that whole part he was drunk from the egg nog.

I'm with Sarah on this one. "Elmo" has got to be the most annoying muppet there is.
