eBay items passed off as Muppet stuff

I check E-bay for Muppet items from time to time, and I always see people passing generic stuff off as Muppet stuff. Do you think they are just unaware that it's not really a Muppet item? Do you ever e-mail them and tell them? For example, there's a doll on there now that the seller claims is Miss Piggy, but any real fan would know that it's not. Is this deception or misconception?

:concern:

It's probably people thinking they have a muppet item but have no idea about the muppets other than their names. They see a pig doll and think it must be miss piggy and they are too stupid or lazy to check their facts.

I often see a frog item on there and they label it as kermit and sometimes even say its from the muppets when really it has nothing to do with the muppets or kermit!

Puke! :embarrassed:

They'd probably have better luck listing them with "Furries" costumes!

LOL
