My question is, if the Educational and Informational programming stipulation dates back to 1990, why did the (e|i) on-screen bug surface only a week and a half ago?

I guess the presumption was that anything PBS aired for kids was e|i content, but parents groups like it spelled out for them. Blame the PTC.

screen logos

I live in Utah, and here we get 2 PBS channels. Not that it realy makes much of a difference. These guys are not only putting the logo up in the upper RH corner, but, depending on which channel it is, they are putting KBYU or KUTV in the lower RH corner. Oh, well. So much for commercial free T.V. It was nice while it lasted. :sympathy:
